How much my life changed!

Last year after my car accident, I was suffering from constant headaches and back pain; in my mind I thought that it was just whiplash so I dealt with it for a few months. I took painkillers and I tried using cold and hot compresses but nothing worked. One day I received an ad in the mail for Dr. Bell’s office and since nothing else was working I decided to try Chiropractic care. The first visit Dr. Bell took some x-rays and gave me some recommendations of things to try at home. My films showed that my neck was curving a bit in the wrong direction and that was the reason for my headaches. His recommendations were to see him a few times a week for a couple of months and to continue with the compresses, and the exercises that he told me to do. Just after a short period of time I saw a big improvement. Before the accident I was an active person, I went to school, worked and also worked out at the gym. After the accident sitting in class was really hard for me, my neck would start hurting and also carrying my backback wasn’t good. I stopped going to the gym for months. After a few weeks of treatment with Dr. Bell I started going to the gym again and doing my everyday chores without pain. It was incredible to me how much my life changed!

MY ALLERGIES ARE GONE!

Before I came to Bell Family Chiropractic I had constant pain in my life. In addition to pain, I was having severe allergy problems. Once a week I was at Kaiser getting injections to help me through the days. I was always exhausted! My eyes were swollen and I felt constantly bloated. Allergies were taking over my life. Being a gym owner and trainer this needed to change. After seeing Dr. Scott and being adjusted for a few weeks the Kaiser treatments were becoming less and less frequent. I went from having poison injections once a week to every other to not at all! Now my allergies are totally under control. Thanks to Dr. Scott I can now get out and enjoy all that Sonoma County has to offer without being dependant on injections or allergy medication. I am both amazed and thankful of the results Chiropractic has given me. I recommend to anyone suffering with allergies or pain to give it a try and feel the results for themselves.

My neck!!!!

Yikes! Sitting on a jet for 4 hours stuck between two passengers, no wonder my neck and shoulders hurt. The pain was shooting into my head and I could not move my neck at all! I tried pain relievers and had no relief. My chiropractor was back in Michigan, I knew no one in California! I was very leery about just going to any chiropractor and having him/her adjust my neck. Having had cervical disc replacement surgery many years ago I was scared. My son who is an RN went with me to my initial appointment with Dr. Bell. He took several x-rays and spent quite a while with us explaining what was going on with my shoulders, neck and spine. I was impressed with his professionalism and felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing. Even my son liked him, which was a plus! I will tell you that I was very scared, I was worried about the fused discs in my cervical spine. I was worried that I could be doing more damage to my neck. Dr. Bell was able to relieve so much pain on that first visit! WOW!! He was a magician. I saw Dr. Bell 2 times a day for the rest of my stay in California. Without his care and help I would not have enjoyed myself and my son and his wife. My husband and I spent many days in the Napa and Sonoma Valley’s in the wine tasting rooms and took our limit home!! Since being home my pain has not returned. I feel that good! I can not thank Dr. Bell enough. He and Kerri made my experience a very positive and fun time. Chiropractic care works!! Taking pain medication only masks the problem; it is still there when the medicine is gone. Take care of the problem!! The relief is wonderful! I wanted to send a picture of what I love to do best, flower gardening, but at the moment, we are up to our butts in snow!!! So, I am sending a picture of the time I spent on Dr. Bell’s couch. CHIROPRACTIC CARE WORKS!!
